EWU Postpones Scrimmage/New Defensive Ends Coach

Another team is forced to postpone spring practices/scrimmages due to bad weather. The newest victim is the EWU Eagles. The scrimmage has been moved to Monday, at 3:50 PM.

Wulff announced that offensive lineman Chris Perkins left the team this week. A six-game starter at tackle in 2005, Perkins is a 2003 graduate of Cheney, Wash., High School.

Also, "After nine years at Central Washington University, Brian Strandley has joined the Eastern Washington coaching staff as a defensive ends coach. Strandley is a 1995 graduate of the University of Idaho where he was a four-year starter from 1991-94."
